Muse have announced a UK and European arena tour for the autumn, timed to support their tenth studio album, The Wow! Signal. The record is due on 26 June via Warner, and the live dates follow in November.
The UK leg opens with two nights at Manchester's Co-op Live on 12 and 13 November, before the trio play two shows at The O2 in London on 15 and 16 November. The wider European run includes stops in Berlin, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and Zurich, with most venues hosting two-night residencies.
The album-and-tour pairing brings one of Britain's most enduring rock acts back to the road in support of a milestone tenth record, the kind of double announcement that has long anchored the band's release cycles.
Follow-up to Will of the People
The Wow! Signal is the band's first album since 2022's Will of the People. Five tracks have already been shared, beginning with Unravelling in June 2025 and continuing through this year with Be With You, Cryogen, Hexagons and Nightshift Superstar.
Releasing five singles across roughly a year is a notably patient rollout, seeding the album's identity gradually rather than front-loading a single lead track. For a band known for ambitious, concept-driven records and elaborate live productions, the extended campaign builds anticipation for how the new material will translate to the stage.
“This album is the most ambitious thing we've attempted in years.”
— Matt Bellamy, Muse
The title itself nods to the celebrated 1977 radio signal that has long fascinated astronomers, a fittingly cosmic theme for a group whose work has frequently engaged with science fiction, technology and dystopia. It positions the record as another conceptual statement in a catalogue full of them.
The singles so far
The pre-release tracks have given fans a steady sense of the album's range ahead of its arrival, and several are likely to feature prominently in the live set. The drip-feed approach has kept the band in conversation across two festival seasons.
- Unravelling, the lead single released in June 2025
- Be With You, shared as the campaign continued into 2026
- Cryogen, one of the heavier pre-release cuts
- Hexagons, maintaining momentum ahead of the album
- Nightshift Superstar, among the most recent singles before release
With the album landing only weeks before the autumn tour, the November shows will arrive with the new material freshly in fans' ears, allowing the band to weave a substantial chunk of The Wow! Signal into a set that has historically balanced new songs with career-spanning anthems.
Background: a reliable arena draw
The album-and-tour pairing is a familiar play for one of Britain's most reliable arena draws, and the multiple two-night bookings signal continued confidence in the act's ticketing strength across the continent.
Few British rock bands have sustained arena and stadium-level success as consistently as Muse, who have built a global reputation on the spectacle of their live shows as much as their recordings. The decision to book two-night residencies at venues across Europe reflects a level of demand that allows the band to settle into cities rather than play one-off dates, a logistical luxury reserved for acts at the top of the touring hierarchy.
Across a career spanning more than two decades, the trio have become known for productions that pair stadium-sized riffs with elaborate staging, lighting and visual concepts. That reputation has allowed them to remain a fixture of the festival and arena circuit even as guitar music's commercial fortunes have ebbed and flowed, and it sets a high bar for what audiences expect from any new tour.
The choice of Manchester's Co-op Live and London's O2 places the UK dates at flagship venues that have become the standard stops for the country's biggest touring acts. Booking two nights at each is a statement of confidence, signalling that the band expect demand to comfortably exceed a single show in each city.
“Two-night runs across multiple cities are a clear marker of an act operating at the very top of the live business.”

What happens next
The immediate milestone is the album's release on 26 June, after which critical and commercial reception will set the tone for the autumn run. Strong reviews and chart performance would add momentum to a tour that already looks well placed given the band's track record.
Beyond the UK and European leg, the campaign is likely to extend into further territories and festival appearances, as is customary for the band. For now, the November dates give British fans an early opportunity to hear the tenth album performed live, in two of the country's largest indoor arenas.
